1. Eligibility: Only individuals aged 18 years or older can enroll. Minors are not eligible. Entities like companies, trusts, HUFs, and NRIs cannot participate.
2. Plan Structure: Pay fixed monthly installments for 10 consecutive months and receive the 11th month’s installment as a complimentary bonus.
3. Enrollment: Customers can join via the Sirius Jewelmine website, mobile app, or at any Sirius Jewels retail outlet. The date of the first installment payment is the enrollment date.
4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made through cash (in-store), credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or auto-debit setup. Cash payments are subject to legal limits, and PAN card submission is mandatory for monthly payments of ₹15,000 or above.
5. Fixed Installments: The monthly installment amount cannot be altered once selected.
6. Bonus Eligibility: The bonus installment is credited only upon the successful and uninterrupted payment of all 10 monthly installments.
7. Redemption: The accumulated balance, including the bonus, can be fully redeemed for diamond, gemstone, platinum, or preset solitaire jewelry. Redemption cannot be used for gold coins, gift cards, or repair services.
8. Full Redemption Only: The full accumulated balance must be used in a single purchase. Partial redemptions are not permitted.
9. Offer Combinations: Jewelmine savings cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.
10. Product Availability: Product purchases using the Jewelmine balance are subject to availability online or in-store.
11. Cancellation: Customers may cancel at any time. However, the bonus instalment is forfeited, and refunds (excluding interest) are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are only redeemable against jewellery purchases, not via cash or bank transfer.
12. Missed Payments: Failure to pay three consecutive installments will result in automatic cancellation. A 10-day grace period is allowed for delayed payments, after which the bonus is reduced proportionally.
13. Nominee Benefit: In the event of the account holder’s death, the registered nominee can claim the balance by providing valid proof.
14. Taxes and Charges: All applicable taxes, duties, and service charges are as per government regulations.
15. Plan Changes: Sirius Jewels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the plan or its terms with prior notice if it does not harm customers' interests.
16. Non-Transferable: The plan is non-transferable and cannot be merged with other schemes or accounts.
17. Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Surat courts.
