Every package of a product ordered from www.siriusjewels.com will arrive at your door in a sturdy, tamper-proof state. If a package is not sealed, please do not accept it.
Every product on SiriusJewels is delivered free of charge to any place in INDIA.
We've partnered with leading shipping professionals including FedEx, DHL-Bluedart, DTDC, and others as our "customer commitment partners." Depending on the serviceability of these courier partners in the shipment address, we will send through them.
Please allow up to 10 to 15 working days for the jewellery to be dispatched after cleared payments, as all of our jewellery is custom made by our goldsmiths and hallmarked and certified by the world's top jewellery certifying laboratories, namely GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemmological Institute).
Regardless of whether you have a signature waiver on file, all orders require signature upon delivery for your protection.
Orders for items cannot be dispatched to any address other than the payment or shipping address for your protection. If a shipment is necessary, the client must give permission.
For addresses other than the residential or business address, no requests for hand delivery will be accepted.
SiriusJewels handles the insurance for the jewellery while it is in transit.
Once your item has been dispatched, SiriusJewels will send you an email with your FedEx, DHL-Bluedart, and/or DTDC tracking number as well as a link to the website's order-tracking page. Once your item has been sent, you may check the progress of your order by going to our logistics partner's website and entering your tracking number in the appropriate field. You may find your tracking number in the e-mail confirming your order's shipment or by signing into your account and going to Order Status.
